It’s been a while since I stopped at Vivi’s, so I ordered two Flamingo Brown Sugar drinks. I was really surprised because they tasted like skim milk with a few tapioca pearls, nothing like they used to. They used to be much thicker and more flavorful. The employee kindly made a second one for me, but it tasted exactly the same. In the end, I just left without asking for a refund

I’ve been coming to this location for awhile now. I looove their boba. But today when I finished my drink I saw this hair inside the cup 🙂 I still had so much boba left plus it also left me wondering was there more hairs inside my drink that I already drank 🤢

This is the best drink—sweet and salty, perfect combo. However, the customer service is bad. It’s mostly from one Asian guy, who always sounds rude and very unwelcoming. Other staff are nice. However, we will ignore him and try the tasty drinks.

Brown sugar boba was tasty and had a great texture, chicken was delicious (although I don't think I would choose basil for a seasoning again, personal preference,) and the garlic pancake was the stand out item to me. I would go back for just that, again and again.

Vivi Bubble Tea never disappoints! I got a drink here and it was super tasty — the tea was fresh, the boba was perfectly chewy, and the sweetness was just right. The shop has a bright, cute vibe and the staff were really nice and quick with the order.
